Individual Support Groups

There are multiple pathways to recovery and finding one that suits you is a way to empower your recovery. Our recovery coaches can discuss various ways to recover from substance use and help you navigate what support group could help you build support around you.

  • Alcoholics Anonymous

  • Narcotics Anonymous

  • Celebrate Recovery

  • Recovery Dharma

  • Refuge Recovery

  • SMART Recovery

Family Support Groups

Family members and friends need to recover as well, though many don’t know it yet. Addiction is a family disease and recovering together can help unify the family. We can assist with internal family recovery coaching and support and link you to a support group of your own.

  • Al-Anon (for family and friends of alcohol-dependent persons)

  • Grief Recovery After Substance Passing (GRASP) – grief support

  • Heartlinks Grief Center (Belleville) – grief support

  • Nar-Anon

  • Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PALS)

  • SMART Recovery (separate groups for family/friends )
